*Uninstall Windows 10/11 Updates From Windows Settings (Control Panel)

First Open the Start Menu on your machine and go to Settings. From the Settings window, select Update & Security

On the Windows Update page, click the *View update history* button.

 


 

Check the recent history of updates installed on your computer, also latest updates from drivers, and optional updates...

Click *Uninstall updates*

 


 

Choice the update that you want to uninstall, and click on Uninstall (or right-click on the update and then click on Uninstall)

 



 

It will ask you to confirm that you want to uninstall the Update

 


 

*Uninstall Windows 10/11 Updates using Command Prompt Or Power Shell

In this way we will use command on Command Prompt Or Power Shell.

First we need to Launch Command Prompt or PowerShell as administrator to do that Click with Right mouse on Start button at the bottom left of your screen, or Click Start, type PowerShell or Command Prompt , right-click Windows PowerShell, and then click Run as administrator.




Now type the following command or (Copy and Paste) and click ENTER.

wmic qfe list brief /format:table




Now list will display all installed updates in your computer.



 

Now type the following command or (Copy and Paste) and click ENTER

wusa /uninstall /kb:[id]


What is id?
id is the identification number of that update.

For example id is 5028849 (id is  the number after KB from HotFixID)




A confirmation message will appear asking if you are sure you want to uninstall the update; click Yes, and the update will be removed from your computer.
